Allergy season, that's all I got to say about this beautiful session haha but honestly it was so WORTH IT! It's so crazy that you can turn a field of sporadic flowers and tall grass into some of the most GORGEOUS photos ever! ANGLES, ANGLES, ANGLES, that's really what it is all about. This branding shoot involved three of my FAVORITE things, flowers, super soft blankets and being creative!
If you are a blanket lover and have never felt a Minky blanket, you are missing out! They are incredibly soft and you could easily fall asleep cuddling with one of those bad boys. I love the colors and patterns that I got to photograph for the company, Aspyn Grove.
One of the realities of what happens after photographing for brands is the cleanup. Sometimes they aren't too messy but sometimes they are! In this particular situation I had to go through and clean out any little pokies that got stuck in the blanket. By the time I was done, I did it at home, I had a good size pile at on the ground in my kitchen. It was SUPER HOT outside so I figured I rather stay cool inside and sweep up the mess after then be sweating buckets outside. All in all though it was successful shoot and honestly picking out the pokies wasn't bad just tedious.
